God meant what He said and said what He meant. God is faithful, 100%!
1 Thessalonians 5:24, Colossians 3:13b, John 14:27a, John 11:25, and Ephesians 4:32. These Bible verses reminded everyone at VBS this year of God’s faithfulness.
Children were met each morning with a warm welcome from the registration crew, they were given the opportunity to be messy thanks to the craft crew, and they were tuckered out by noon courtesy of the game crew. The snack crew worked hard to refuel children with a mid-morning snack and the Bible lesson crew shared the Gospel message. The music crew left children humming and singing songs well after VBS finished and the sound/tech crew made sure things ran smoothly to ensure the highest level of participation. Office staff was busy prepping daily paperwork for volunteers and parents. Group leaders and helpers were constantly on the move to ensure children were accounted for the entirety of VBS. By the end of it all, children and volunteers alike were wiped out … all signs of a successful VBS.
The Holy Spirit moves us and brings us together in ways we never imagine. Thank you, Beautiful Savior, for your prayers, encouragement, donations, time, and talents in supporting this ministry. Until next year …
