Following HOP Day in November, we had some remaining grant money that we’d received from Thrivent to help fund our HOP (Help Other People) projects. We reached out to JEMfriends to see if they had anything we could help with. As a result, we filled and delivered 11 Christmas stockings for JEMfriends youth!
We shopped for 8 young women and 3 young men and stuffed stockings full of goodies for them to have on Christmas. We hope we brought a little joy to them!
This brings our HOP projects to a close for 2025. We look forward to again helping other people in 2026. If you have ideas for HOP projects, please share them with the church office or the HOP Day team– Jenny Neurath, Wendy Zerza, Sarah Schafer, or Phyllis Royston.
