Project Linus quilts provided a riot of color throughout the Beautiful Savior sanctuary on Palm Sunday, March 29. The congregation prayed that the quilts would be a blessing to their recipients — children in our community who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need.
A Project Linus representative joined us for worship and collected the quilts following worship to donate to the agency.
The quilts on display were made in 2025. After months of dwindling participation, Ruth Volkert made the difficult decision to end monthly Project Linus workdays at BSLC. She continues to work independently on quilts for the non-profit. We thank Ruth and other volunteers for their many years of creative ministry.
